On Monday June 12th at 09:30 an update was rolled out to the Softpay backend that resulted in re-logins for already logged in clients via AppSwitch SDK to fail. The issue is confirmed to have impacted only merchants on a single POS integrator. The change was rolled back at 11:18 and was shortly after confirmed to have resolved the issue.
